THERMASGARD® ALTM2-Modbus-SD

Calibratable contact temperature measuring transducer (remote version) THERMASGARD® ALTM2 - Modbus-SD, with Modbus connection (Y adapter), in impact-resistant plastic housing with quick-locking screws, cable sensor with pipe feeder, incl. tensioning strap, optionally with ⁄ without display, measures temperature (-50...+150 °C).


The pipe contact sensor is used to measure the temperature on cables, pipes (e.g. cold and hot water) or on heating pipes for heating control. Modbus sensor SD with RS485 Modbus interface (not galvanically isolated), switchable bus terminating resistor, DIP switch for setting in de-energized state, internal LEDs for telegram status display (illuminated, individually programmable). By means of self-diagnostics, sensor breakage or sensor short circuit are recognized as errors. The sensor is calibrated at the factory; fine adjustment by a specialist is possible depending on the environment.
