Communication adapter MODKON® KA2-Modbus -T3 with USB and RS485 interface in impact-resistant plastic housing with quick-release screws, incl. software.
The communication adapter serves as a link between an S+S Modbus sensor and a PC (Windows). The quick and uncomplicated system connection is made via a standard USB port; no additional power supply is required.
In combination with the S+S software MODKON RTU software (included in the scope of delivery), the response behavior of the sensor can be tested in a very convenient way. The software's auto-scan function automatically detects the device type, the device address and the set bus parameters. This enables communication with the connected S+S Modbus sensor without any further settings. The ideal introduction to gaining experience with Modbus technology.
